Marc Backes - Lead Pastor
Marc And Jenni Backes have been married for nine years and have two boys - Trey & Joshua. Marc is a native of Jefferson City and attended Fatima High School in Westphalia. He holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Missouri State University. Before being called to plant a church, Marc was on staff with Upward in South Carolina and has also worked for two Fortune 50 companies. He was converted at the age of 20 while in college and shortly thereafter was baptized and married Jenni in 1999.
